Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, pursuant to subsection 12(2) and paragraphs 164(1)(b), (i) and (j) of the Customs Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Reporting of Imported Goods Regulations.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile et en vertu du paragraphe 12(2) et des alinéas 164(1)b), i) et j) de la Loi sur les douanes, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur la déclaration des marchandises importées, ci-après.
