Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, pursuant to sections 125, 125.1, 125.3, 126 and 157 of the Canada Labour Code, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Coal Mining Occupational Health and Safety Regulations.
