Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, hereby appoints Mary O’Neill, of the City of Ottawa, in the Province of Ontario, to be Assistant Clerk of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada (Orders in Council), effective July 1, 2006.
