Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to paragraph 33(1)(c) of the Parliament of Canada Act, hereby authorizes the trip to Montréal, Quebec, undertaken by Christian Paradis, member of the House of Commons for the constituency of Mégantic-L’Érable and Parliamentary Secretary to Minister Gary Lunn, from May 23, 2006 to May 24, 2006, in order to speak on behalf of Minister Lunn at the International Conference on Chrysotile.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu de l’alinéa 33(1)c) de la Loi sur le Parlement du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneur générale en conseil autorise le voyage à Montréal (Québec) que Christian Paradis, député de la circonscription de Mégantic-L’Érable et secrétaire parlementaire du ministre Gary Lunn, a effectué les 23 et 24 mai 2006 afin de prononcer un discours au nom du ministre Lunn à la Conférence internationale sur le Chrysotile.
