Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(d) and subsection 14(2) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby appoints Pritam S. Lamba of Thunder Bay, Ontario, as a director of the Thunder Bay Port Authority, to hold office during pleasure for a term ending June 30, 2004.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d'utilisateurs mentionnés dans les lettres patentes, et en vertu de l'alinéa 14(1)d) et du paragraphe 14(2) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Pritam S. Lamba, de Thunder Bay (Ontario), administrateur de l'Administration portuaire de Thunder Bay, à titre amovible pour un mandat se terminant le 30 juin 2004.
