                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to sections 6, 7 and 10 of the Canadian Race Relations Foundation Act, hereby appoints Patrick Michael Esmond Case of Guelph, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Race Relations Foundation to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, and fixes his fees as set out in the schedule hereto, which fees consist of a per diem within the range ($220 - $260) and an annual retainer within the range ($5,700 - $6,700), effective April 2, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu des articles 6, 7 et 10 de la Loi sur la Fondation canadienne des relations raciales, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Patrick Michael Esmond Case, de Guelph (Ontario), président du conseil d’administration de la Fondation canadienne des relations raciales, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de trois ans, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération consiste d’un taux journalier dans l’échelle (220 $ - 260 $) et d’honoraires annuels dans l’échelle (5 700 $ - 6 700 $), à compter du 2 avril 2003.
