Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the Special Appointment Regulations, No. 2006-13, hereby appoints the Associate Deputy Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, Suzanne Tining of Ottawa, Ontario, as Executive Director and Deputy Head of the Office of Indian Residential Schools Resolution of Canada, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her salary as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($165,800 - $195,100), effective May 29, 2006.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du Règlement n^o 2006-13 portant affectation spéciale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme le sous-ministre délégué des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien Suzanne Tining, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de directeur exécutif et administrateur général du Bureau du Canada sur le règlement des questions des pensionnats autochtones, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement conformément à l’annexe ci‑après, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (165 800 $ ‑  195 100 $), à compter du 29 mai 2006.
