Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to paragraphs 153(1)(a) and 153(1)(c) and subsection 153(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, hereby

 

(a)      reappoints Paulah Jean Dauns of Vancouver, British Columbia, to be a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Vancouver Regional Office), to hold office during good behaviour for a term of two years; and

 

(b)      designates Paulah Jean Dauns to be Assistant Deputy Chairperson of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Vancouver Regional Office);

 

effective August 10, 2006.  

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu des alinéas 153(1)a) et 153(1)c) et du paragraphe 153(2) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil 

 

a)        renouvelle le mandat de Paulah Jean Dauns, de Vancouver (Colombie-Britannique), commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Vancouver), à titre inamovible, pour une période de deux ans;

 

b)        choisit Paulah Jean Dauns comme vice-président adjoint de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Vancouver);

 

à compter du 10 août 2006.
