Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2006-223 of April 21, 2006, hereby appoints

Jacqueline Boutet of Montréal, Quebec, to be a member of the Public Appointments Commission, to hold office during good behaviour, for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du décret C.P. 2006-223 du 21 avril 2006, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Jacqueline Boutet, de Montréal (Québec), membre de la Commission des nominations publiques, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe.
