                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(d) and subsection 14(2) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby appoints the following persons to be directors of the Vancouver Port Authority, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, effective March 1, 2003:

                     R.V. (Bob) Wilds

                     West Vancouver, British Columbia

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnés dans les lettres patentes, et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)d) et du paragraphe 14(2) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme les personnes suivantes, administrateurs de l’Administration portuaire de Vancouver, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de trois ans, à compter du 1^er mars 2003 :
