                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(a) and subsection 14(2) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby appoints Daniel P. Kelly of Thunder Bay, Ontario, to be a director of the Thunder Bay Port Authority, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.
