Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, hereby transfers from the Privy Council Office to the Treasury Board the control and supervision of those portions of the federal public administration within the Privy Council Office known as the Regional Offices in the Communications and Consultations Secretariat, effective July 1, 2006.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 2a) de la Loi sur les restructurations et les transferts d’attributions dans l’administration publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil transfère, du Bureau du Conseil privé au Conseil du Trésor, la responsabilité à l’égard des secteurs de l’administration publique fédérale du Bureau du Conseil privé qui font partie du Secrétariat des communications et consultation et sont connus sous le nom de Bureaux régionaux.  Cette mesure prend effet le 1^er juillet 2006.
