Whereas, pursuant to subsection 107(2) of the Canada Petroleum Resources Act, a copy of the proposed Regulations Amending the Frontier Lands Petroleum Royalty Regulations (Miscellaneous Program), substantially in the annexed form, was published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on November 19, 2005 and a reasonable opportunity was thereby afforded to interested persons to make representations to the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and the Minister of Natural Resources with respect to the proposed Regulations;

 

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to section 74 and subsection 107(1) of the Canada Petroleum Resources Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Frontier Lands Petroleum Royalty Regulations (Miscellaneous Program).

Attendu que, conformément au paragraphe 107(2) de la Loi fédérale sur les hydrocarbures, le projet de règlement intitulé Règlement correctif visant le Règlement sur les redevances relatives aux hydrocarbures provenant des terres domaniales, conforme en substance au texte ci-après, a été publié dans la Gazette du Canada Partie I le 19 novembre 2005 et que les intéressés ont ainsi eu la possibilité de présenter leurs observations à cet égard au ministre des Ressources naturelles et au ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien,

 

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu de l’article 74 et du paragraphe 107(1) de la Loi fédérale sur les hydrocarbures, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement correctif visant le Règlement sur les redevances relatives aux hydrocarbures provenant des terres domaniales, ci-après.
