Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, pursuant to subsection 9(1) of the Farm Income Protection Act, hereby consents to the Minister of Agriculture an Agri-Food entering into, on behalf of the Government of Canada, Amending Agreement No. 8 with the government of each province amending Part Two of the Implementation Agreement and the Production Insurance Agreement, substantially in accordance with the annexed draft agreement.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire et en vertu du paragraphe 9(1) de la Loi sur la protection du revenu agricole, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil agrée la conclusion, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, par le ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire avec le gouvernement de chaque province de l’Accord modificateur n^o 8, conforme en substance au projet d’accord ci-joint, modifiant la partie deux de l’Accord de mise en oeuvre et l’Accord relatif à l’assurance‑production.
