Whereas the Governor in Council considers it appropriate that the Office of the Executive Director of the Public Appointments Commission Secretariat, in the Privy Council Office, be added to Schedule I.1 to the Financial Administration Act as a department for the purposes of that Act, to be known as the Public Appointments Commission Secretariat;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 3(1)(a) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby makes the annexed Order Amending Schedule I.1 to the Financial Administration Act.

Attendu que la gouverneure en conseil juge opportun que le Bureau de directeur général du Secrétariat de la Commission des nominations publiques, du Bureau du Conseil privé, soit inscrit, sous le nom du Secrétariat de la Commission des nominations publiques, à l’annexe I.1 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques comme ministère pour l’application de cette loi,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 3(1)a) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Décret modifiant l’annexe I.1 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, ci‑après.
