Her Excellency the Governor general in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsection 21(2) of the National Energy Board Act, hereby approves the variation of Licences GL-101 and GL-109, held by ProGas Limited, by the National Energy Board in accordance with Amending Orders AO‑1‑GL‑101 and AO-1-GL-109, copies of which are attached to this Order.

Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil agrée la modification, par l’Office national de l’énergie, des licences GL-101 et GL-109 détenues par ProGas Limited, conformément aux ordonnances modificatives 

AO-1-GL-101 et AO-1-GL-109, dont copies sont jointes au présent décret.
