Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to section 21.1 of the National Energy Board Act, hereby approves the transfer of Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity GC‑97, GC‑103 and GC‑88 by the National Energy Board in accordance with Amending Orders AO‑2‑GC‑97, AO‑2‑GC‑103 and AO‑3‑GC‑88, copies of which are attached to this Order.
