Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 7(1) of the Official Residences Act, hereby terminates, effective February 7, 2006, the appointment of Joshua Drache, Chef at the Prime Minister’s residence, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the schedule hereto.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 7(1) de la Loi sur les résidences officielles, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil met fin, à compter du 7 février 2006, à la nomination de Joshua Drache, chef à la résidence du premier ministre, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe.
