Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 3(1.1) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby amends Schedule I.1 to that Act by striking out the reference to the Prime Minister in column II of that Schedule opposite the name of the Office of the Commissioner of Official Languages in column I of that Schedule and by substituting for that reference a reference to the Minister of Canadian Heritage in column II of that Schedule opposite that name.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 3(1.1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie l’annexe I.1 de cette loi en remplaçant, à la colonne II, la mention « Le premier ministre » figurant en regard de la mention « Commissariat aux langues officielles » de la colonne I par la mention « Le ministre du Patrimoine canadien ».
