Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to subsection 14(1) of the Arctic Waters Pollution Prevention Act, hereby
(a) designates the person listed in column 1 of Schedule A to this Order as a pollution prevention officer, with the powers vested in them as set out in column 2 of that schedule; and
(b) terminates the appointments of the persons listed in Schedule B to this Order.
Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu du paragraphe 14(1) de la Loi sur la prévention de la pollution des eaux arctiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :
a) désigne la personne dont le nom figure à la colonne 1 de l’annexe A ci‑jointe à titre de fonctionnaire chargé de la prévention de la pollution et lui confère les pouvoirs énoncés à la colonne 2;
b) met fin à la nomination des personnes dont le nom figure à l’annexe B ci‑jointe.
