Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to subsection 5(4) of the Citizenship Act, hereby directs the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration to grant citizenship to the person listed in the annexed schedule.
