                      Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,

considering that the collection of the tax is unjust, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to subsection 23(2) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby remits tax under Part I of the Income Tax Act in the amount of $2,455.06 for the 1998 and 1999 taxation years, and all relevant interest thereon, paid or payable by Nathalie Goyette.

                      Sur recommandation de la ministre du Revenu national et en vertu du paragraphe 23(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fait remise du montant de 2 455,06 $ pour les années d’imposition 1998 et 1999, payé ou payable par Nathalie Goyette au titre de l’impôt exigible en vertu de la partie I de la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu, ainsi que des intérêts y afférents, estimant que la perception de ces montants est injuste.
