Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 3(1.1) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby amends Schedule I.1 to that Act by striking out the reference to the Minister of State styled Deputy Leader of the Government in the House of Commons, Minister responsible for Official Languages and Minister responsible for Democratic Reform in column II of that Schedule opposite the name of the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer in column I of that Schedule and by substituting for that reference a reference to the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons, effective February 6, 2006.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 3(1.1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie l'annexe I.1 de cette loi en remplaçant, à la colonne II, la mention « Le ministre d’État portant le titre de leader adjoint du gouvernement à la Chambre des communes, ministre responsable des langues officielles et ministre responsable de la réforme démocratique », figurant en regard de la mention « Bureau du directeur général des élections » de la colonne I, par la mention « Le leader du gouvernement à la Chambre des communes ». Cette mesure prend effet le 6 février 2006.
