Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, hereby transfers from the Office of Infrastructure of Canada to the Department of Transport the control and supervision of that portion of the federal public administration within the Office of Infrastructure of Canada known as the Crown Corporation Secretariat, relating to Canada Lands Company Limited and Queens Quay West Land Corporation, effective February 6, 2006.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l'alinéa 2a) de la Loi sur les restructurations et les transferts d'attributions dans l'administration publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil transfère du Bureau de l'infrastructure du Canada au ministère des Transports la responsabilité à l'égard du secteur de l'administration publique fédérale connu, au sein du Bureau de l'infrastructure du Canada, sous le nom de Secrétariat des sociétés d'État, en ce qui a trait à la Société immobilière du Canada limitée et à la Queens Quay West Land Corporation.  Cette mesure prend effet le 6 février 2006.
