Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 3(1.1) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby amends Schedule I.1 to that Act by striking out the reference to the Minister of State styled Minister of State (Infrastructure and Communities) in column II of that Schedule opposite the name of the Office of Infrastructure of Canada in column I and by substituting for that reference a reference to the Minister of Transport, effective February 6, 2006.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 3(1.1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie

l'annexe I.1 de cette loi en remplaçant, à la colonne II, la mention

« Le ministre d'État portant le titre de ministre d'État (Infrastructure et Collectivités) », figurant en regard de la mention « Bureau de l'infrastructure du Canada » de la colonne I, par la mention

« Le ministre des Transports ».  Cette mesure prend effet le

6 février 2006.
