Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, hereby

 

(a) pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, transfers from the Minister of State styled Minister of State (Infrastructure and Communities) to the Minister of Transport the control and supervision of the portion of the federal public administration known as the Office of Infrastructure of Canada, and

 

(b) orders that the Minister of Transport shall preside over the Office of Infrastructure of Canada,

 

effective February 6, 2006.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre,

Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :                            

 

a) en vertu de l'alinéa 2a) de la Loi sur les restructurations et les transferts d'attributions dans l'administration publique, transfère du ministre d'État portant le titre de ministre d'État (Infrastructure et Collectivités) au ministre des Transports la responsabilité à l'égard du secteur de l'administration publique fédérale connu sous le nom de Bureau de l'infrastructure du Canada;

 

b) place le Bureau de l'infrastructure du Canada sous l'autorité du ministre des Transports.

 

Ces mesures prennent effet le 6 février 2006.
