Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, hereby

 

(a)  pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, transfers the control and supervision of the Office of the Registrar of Lobbyists from the Minister of Industry to the President of the Treasury Board, and

 

(b) orders that the President of the Treasury Board shall preside over the Office of the Registrar of Lobbyists,

 

effective February 6, 2006.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

 

a)  en vertu de l’alinéa 2a) de la Loi sur les restructurations et les transferts d’attributions dans l’administration publique, transfère du ministre de l’Industrie au président du Conseil du Trésor la responsabilité à l’égard du Bureau du directeur des lobbyistes;

 

b) place le Bureau du directeur des lobbyistes sous l’autorité du président du Conseil du Trésor.

 

Ces mesures prennent effet le 6 février 2006.
