Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 15(2) of the National Capital Act and subsection 99(2) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby authorizes the National Capital Commission to dispose of the Prince of Wales lands Phase 2 described in the annexed schedule by way of conveyance to 1514749 Ontario Limited for a consideration of $13,201,000, subject to adjustment, or in the alternative, by way of conveyance to Minto Land Development Corporation for a consideration of $12,700,000, subject to adjustment, in the event that 1514749 Ontario Limited does not complete the transaction, and otherwise on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu du paragraphe 15(2) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale et du paragraphe 99(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise la Commission de la capitale nationale à aliéner les terrains de la promenade Prince of Wales Phase 2 décrits à l’annexe ci‑jointe en faveur de 1514749 Ontario Limited moyennant la somme de 13 201 000 $ sous réserve de rajustements, ou, si celle‑ci ne peut conclure l’opération, en faveur de Minto Land Development Corporation moyennant la somme de 12 700 000 $ sous réserve de rajustements.

 

L’aliénation se fait selon les conditions que la Commission de la capitale nationale juge satisfaisantes.
