Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to sections 7 and 10 of the Canada Emission Reduction Incentives Agency Act, hereby amends Order in Council P.C. 2005-1935 of November 10, 2005 by replacing the words “ending November 13, 2010” with the words “not exceeding five years” and by replacing the words “January 1, 2006” with the words “on the later of

 

(a) the coming into force of an appropriation Act authorizing payment out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the program expenditures of the Agency; and

 

(b) the day on which that payment is authorized to be made”.

 

 

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu des articles 7 et 10 de la Loi sur l’Agence canadienne pour l’incitation à la réduction des émissions, Son Excellence la  Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie le décret C.P. 2005-1935 du 10 novembre 2005 en remplaçant les mots

« se terminant le 13 novembre 2010 » par les mots « maximal de cinq ans  » 

et en remplaçant les mots « à compter du 1^er janvier 2006  »  par les mots

«  à compter de la plus tardive des dates suivantes :

 

a) la date d’entrée en vigueur de toute loi de crédits autorisant le paiement, sur le Trésor, de dépenses du programme de l’Agence;

 

b) la date à laquelle ce paiement est autorisé à être versé ».
