Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to sections 49, 51 and 53 of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby appoints Ken Gibson of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a temporary member of the Public Service Staffing Tribunal to hold office during good behaviour for a term of one year, and fixes his remuneration at the per diem rate set out in the attached schedule, which rate is within the range ($450 ‑ $530), effective January 3, 2006.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu des articles 49, 51 et 53 de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Ken Gibson, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre vacataire du Tribunal de la dotation de la fonction publique à titre inamovible pour un mandat d’un an, et fixe sa rémunération au taux journalier spécifié à l’annexe ci‑jointe, lequel taux se situe dans l’échelle (450 $ ‑ 530 $), à compter du 3 janvier 2006.
