Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, after consultation with the Council of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety, pursuant to sections 10, 13 and 18 of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety Act, hereby re‑appoints S. Len Hong of Hamilton, Ontario, to be President of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, and fixes his salary at the rate set out in the attached schedule, which salary is within the range ($128,100 ‑ $150,700), effective February 4, 2006. 

          Sur recommandation du ministre du Travail, après consultation avec le conseil du Centre canadien d’hygiène et de sécurité au travail, et en vertu des articles 10, 13 et 18 de la Loi sur le Centre canadien d'hygiène et de sécurité au travail, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de S. Len Hong, de Hamilton (Ontario), président du Centre canadien d'hygiène et de sécurité au travail à titre inamovible pour une période de cinq ans, et fixe son traitement au taux spécifié à l’annexe ci‑jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (128 100 $ ‑ 150 700 $), à compter du 4 février 2006.
