The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advise that a commission do issue amending the commission issued pursuant to a Minute of a Meeting of the Committee of the Privy Council, P.C. 2005‑2194   approved on November 23, 2005 by adding the words “effective December 12, 2005".

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande qu’une commission soit émise modifiant la commission émise en vertu d’un procès‑verbal d’une réunion du Comité du Conseil privé, approuvé le 23 novembre 2005, C.P. 2005‑2194, en ajoutant les mots « à compter du 12 décembre 2005 ».
