Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Defence and the Renewal Committee established pursuant to subsection 165.21(3) of the National Defence Act, pursuant to section 165.21 of that Act, hereby re‑appoints Colonel Kim Sandra Carter, an officer of the Canadian Forces who is a barrister or advocate of at least ten years standing at the bar of the Province of Ontario, to be a military judge, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, effective January 10, 2006.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Défense nationale et du comité d’examen établi en vertu du paragraphe 165.21(3) de la Loi sur la défense nationale et en vertu de l’article 165.21 de cette loi, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat du Colonel Kim Sandra Carter, un officier des Forces canadiennes qui est une avocate du Barreau de la province de l’Ontario depuis au moins dix ans, juge militaire, à titre inamovible pour une période de cinq ans, à compter du 10 janvier 2006.
