Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board, after consultation with the Board of Governors of the Canada School of Public Service, pursuant to sections 8 and 9 of the Canada School of Public Service Act, hereby appoints Alan Nymark of Ottawa, Ontario, employed in the Public Service, to be a governor of the Board of Governors of the Canada School of Public Service, to hold office during pleasure for a term of one year, effective December 5, 2005.

Sur recommandation du président du Conseil du Trésor, après consultation du conseil d’administration de L’École de la fonction publique du Canada, et en vertu des articles 8 et 9 de la Loi sur l’École de la fonction publique du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure général en conseil nomme Alan Nymark, d’Ottawa (Ontario), appartenant à la fonction publique, administrateur du conseil d’administration de L’École de la fonction publique du Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat d’un an, à compter du 5 décembre 2005.
