Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 79 of the Marine Liability Act, hereby reappoints Kenneth Adrian MacInnis, Q.C., of Bedford, Nova Scotia, to be the Administrator of the Ship‑source Oil Pollution Fund to hold office during good behaviour for a term of one year, and fixes his remuneration at a per diem rate within the range $450 ‑ $550 as set out in the attached schedule, effective December 19, 2005. 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 79 de la Loi sur la responsabilité en matière maritime, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Kenneth Adrian MacInnis, c.r., de Bedford  (Nouvelle‑Écosse), administrateur de la Caisse d’indemnisation des dommages dus à la pollution par les hydrocarbures causée par les navires, à titre inamovible pour une période d’un an, et fixe sa rémunération à un taux journalier se situant à l’intérieur de l’échelle 450 $ ‑ 550 $ conformément à l’annexe ci‑jointe, à compter du 19 décembre 2005.
