Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to sections 7 and 10 of the Canada Emission Reduction Incentives Agency Act, hereby appoints Allan Amey of Calgary, Alberta, to be President of the Canada Emission Reduction Incentives Agency, to hold office during pleasure for a term ending November 13, 2010, and fixes his salary and other employment conditions as set out in the attached schedule, which salary is within the range

($165,800 - $195,100), effective January 1, 2006.

pour l’incitation à la réduction des émissions, Son Excellence la  Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Allan Amey, de Calgary (Alberta), président de l’Agence canadienne pour l’incitation à la réduction des émissions, à titre amovible pour un mandat se terminant le 13 novembre 2010, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l'annexe ci‑jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (165 800 $ - 195 100 $), à compter du 1^er janvier 2006.
