Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the Special Appointment Regulations, No. 2005-12, hereby appoints Allan Amey of Calgary, Alberta, to the position of Special Advisor to the Deputy Minister of the Environment, to be styled as President designate of the Canada Emission Reduction Incentives Agency, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his salary and other employment conditions as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($165,800 - $195,100), effective November 14, 2005.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du Règlement n^o 2005-12 portant affectation spéciale, Son Excellence la  Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Allan Amey, de Calgary (Alberta), au poste de conseiller spécial auprès du sous‑ministre de l’Environnement, qui portera le titre de président désigné de l’Agence canadienne pour l’incitation à la réduction des émissions, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l'annexe ci‑jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (165 800 $ - 195 100 $), à compter du 14 novembre 2005.
