Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State styled Minister of State (Infrastructure and Communities), hereby

 

(a)      after consultation with the board of directors of Canada Lands Company Limited, pursuant to subsection 134(1) of the Financial Administration Act, appoints Ernst & Young LLP as auditor of Canada Lands Company Limited for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2006; and

 

(b)      pursuant to subsection 134(2) of the Financial Administration Act, appoints the Auditor General of Canada as joint auditor of Canada Lands Company Limited for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2006.

          Sur recommandation du ministre d’État portant le titre de ministre d’État (Infrastructure et Collectivités), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

 

a)        après consultation du conseil d’administration de la Société immobilière du Canada limitée, et en vertu du paragraphe 134(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, nomme Ernst & Young LLP, vérificateur de la Société immobilière du Canada Limitée pour l’année financière se terminant le 31 mars 2006;

 

b)        en vertu du paragraphe 134(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, nomme le vérificateur général du Canada, covérificateur de la Société immobilière du Canada Limitée pour l’année financière se terminant le 31 mars 2006.
