Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(a) and subsection 14(2) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby appoints Virginia D. Hasselfield of Surrey, British Columbia, to be a director of the Fraser River Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years.
