Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, hereby amends Order in Council P.C. 2005‑576 of April 13, 2005 by deleting the words “in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent” and by substituting the words “paragraph 14(1)(d)” with the words “paragraph 14(1)(a)”. 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie le décret C.P. 2005‑576 du 13 avril 2005 en abrogeant les mots « en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnés dans les lettres patentes » et en remplaçant les mots « l’alinéa 14(1)d) » par les mots « l’alinéa 14(1)a) ».
