Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 46 of the Parliament of Canada Act, hereby amends, effective October 20, 2005, Order in Council P.C. 2005-1345 of July 19, 2005, by replacing

 

(a) under the heading "Name of Member of the House of Commons", the reference to "The Honourable Sarmite Bulte" with a reference to "The Honourable Sarmite Bulte to be styled Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Canadian Heritage and Minister responsible for the Status of Women and the Minister of Industry, with special emphasis on Women Entrepreneurs"; and

 

(b) under the heading "Minister", the reference to "Minister of Canadian Heritage" with a reference to "Minister of Canadian Heritage and Minister responsible for the Status of Women and Minister of Industry".

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l'article 46 de la Loi sur le Parlement du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie, avec prise d'effet le 20 octobre 2005, le décret C.P. 2005-1345 du 19 juillet 2005 en remplaçant :

 

a) sous le titre « Nom du député », la mention « L'honorable Sarmite Bulte » par la mention « L'honorable Sarmite Bulte portant le titre de secrétaire parlementaire du ministre du Patrimoine canadien et ministre responsable de la Condition féminine et du ministre de l'Industrie, particulièrement chargée des femmes entrepreneures »;

 

b) sous le titre « Ministre », la mention « ministre du Patrimoine canadien » par la mention « ministre du Patrimoine canadien et ministre responsable de la Condition féminine et ministre de l'Industrie ».
