Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, pursuant to section 25 of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Act, hereby appoints Catherine Ebbs of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Chairman of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police External Review Committee to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, and fixes her salary and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 5 ($120,600 ‑ $141,900).

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile et en vertu de l’article 25 de la Loi sur la Gendarmerie royale du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Catherine Ebbs, d’Ottawa (Ontario), président du Comité externe d’examen de la Gendarmerie royale du Canada, à titre inamovible, pour un mandat de trois ans, et fixe son traitement et d’autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 5 (120 600 $ ‑ 141 900 $).
