Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 5 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby amends

 

(a) paragraph (b) of Order in Council P.C. 2004‑848 of July 20, 2004, as amended by Orders in Council P.C. 2005‑208 of February 17, 2005, P.C. 2005‑1036 of May 30, 2005 and P.C. 2005‑1369 of August 10, 2005, by replacing the title “The Minister of National Revenue” with the title “The Minister of State styled Minister of State (Infrastructure and Communities); and

 

(b) paragraph (c) of that Order by striking out the word “and” after the title “The Associate Minister of National Defence and Minister of State styled Minister for Internal Trade, Deputy Leader of the Government in the House of Commons and Minister responsible for Official Languages”, by adding the word “and” after the title “The Minister of State styled Leader of the Government in the House of Commons”, and by striking out the words “The Minister of State styled Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development and Minister responsible for Democratic Renewal” at the end of that paragraph.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 5 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie :

 

a) l’alinéa b) du décret C.P. 2004‑848 du 20 juillet 2004, tel qu’il a été modifié par les décrets C.P. 2005‑208 du 17 février 2005, C.P. 2005‑1036 du 30 mai 2005 et C.P. 2005‑1369 du 10 août 2005, en remplaçant « Le ministre du Revenu national » par « Le ministre d’État portant le titre de ministre d’État (Infrastructure et Collectivités) »;

 

b) l’alinéa c) du même décret par suppression des mots « La ministre d’État portant le titre de ministre des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences et ministre responsable du renouveau démocratique ».
