Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes that Minister to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, the Instrument of Accession to the Protocol for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict, done at The Hague on May 14, 1954.
