Whereas, pursuant to subsection 16.1(1) of the Motor Vehicle Transport Act, the Minister of Transport has consulted with each province affected by the proposed Conditions of Carriage Regulations;

 

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to subsection 16.1(1) of the Motor Vehicle Transport Act, hereby makes the annexed Conditions of Carriage Regulations.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Attendu que, conformément au paragraphe 16.1(1) de la Loi sur les transports routiers, le ministre des Transports a consulté les provinces touchées par le projet de règlement intituIé Règlement sur les conditions de transport, ci‑après,

 

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu du paragraphe 16.1(1) de la Loi sur les transports routiers, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement sur les conditions de transport, ci‑après.
