Whereas, pursuant to subsection 20(1) of the Canada Post Corporation Act, a copy of the proposed Regulations Amending the Special Services and Fees Regulations, in the annexed form, was published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on June 28, 2005, and a reasonable opportunity was afforded to interested persons to make representations to the Minister of National Revenue with respect to the proposed Regulations;

 

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to subsection 19(1) of the Canada Post Corporation Act, hereby approves the annexed Regulations Amending the Special Services and Fees Regulations, made on September 21, 2005, by the Canada Post Corporation.

Attendu que, conformément au paragraphe 20(1) de la Loi sur la Société canadienne des postes, le projet de règlement intitulé Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur les droits postaux de services spéciaux, conforme au texte ci‑après, a été publié dans la Gazette du Canada Partie I le 28 juin 2005 et que les intéressés ont ainsi eu la possibilité de présenter leurs observations à cet égard au ministre du Revenu national,

 

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre du Revenu national et en vertu du paragraphe 19(1) de la Loi sur la Société canadienne des postes, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur les droits postaux de services spéciaux, ci‑après, pris le 21 septembre 2005 par la Société canadienne des postes.
