Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, thinking it necessary, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to subsection 19(2) of the Tax Court of Canada Act, hereby advises that a commission do issue under the Great Seal of Canada empowering the following persons to administer oaths and to take and receive affidavits, declarations and solemn affirmations, within or outside Canada, in or concerning any proceeding had or to be had in the Tax Court of Canada:
