Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, thinking it necessary, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to subsection 54(2) of the Federal Courts Act, hereby advises that Commissions do issue under the Great Seal of Canada empowering each of the persons of the Registry of the Federal Court of Canada whose names are set out in the annexed schedule to administer oaths and to take and receive affidavits, declarations and solemn affirmations, within or outside Canada, in or concerning any proceeding had or to be had in the Federal Court of Canada.


Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu du paragraphe 54(2) de la Loi sur les Cours fédérales, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, le jugeant nécessaire, recommande que soient émises des commissions sous le grand sceau du Canada habilitant chacune des personnes du greffe de la Cour fédérale du Canada dont le nom figure à l’annexe ci‑jointe à faire prêter serment et à recevoir des affidavits et des déclarations ou affirmations solennelles, au Canada ou à l’étranger, relatifs à toute procédure actuelle ou éventuelle devant la Cour fédérale.
