Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Cooperation, pursuant to paragraph 33(1)(c) of the Parliament of Canada Act, hereby authorizes the trip to Salt Lake City, Utah, of John Williams, Member of the House of Commons, from July 17 to 20, 2004, for a presentation on Evolving Issues in Legislative Institutions and GOPAC to the National Council of State Legislators annual meeting.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Coopération internationale et en vertu de l’alinéa 33(1)c) de la Loi sur le Parlement du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise le voyage à Salt Lake City (Utah), du député John Williams,  du 17 au 20 juillet 2004, en vue de la présentation d’un exposé sur les questions nouvelles dans les institutions législatives et l’Organisation mondiale de parlementaires contre la corruption lors de la réunion annuelle du National Council of State Legislators.
