Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to section 7 of the Department of the Environment Act, hereby approves the entry by the Minister of the Environment, on behalf of Her Majesty in right of Canada, into a Road Weather Information System for Canada Data-Sharing Agreement with the Government of the Province of New Brunswick, substantially in accordance with the annexed draft agreement.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Environnement et en vertu de l’article 7 de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Environnement, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve que le ministre de l’Environnement conclue, au nom de Sa Majesté du chef du Canada, un accord relatif au partage de données des stations météo-route du Canada avec le gouvernement de la province du  Nouveau-Brunswick, lequel accord est conforme en substance au projet d’accord ci-joint.
